cashed in our discount ticket vouchers & went to Medieval Times just before the holidays last year. The kids had a fabulous time. The knights, the princess, the jousting, you name it–it was perfect for them. It’s almost like giving them a chance to experience a live version of their pretend play.
If you’re looking for a deal to Medieval Times, here are a couple that’ll save you a bit:
- You’ll need to sign up with Goldstar to take advantage of this deal (it’s free to sign up). If there’s a Castle in your area, check your city’s Goldstar page for a deal that’ll save you up to 34% on tickets to select performances at Medieval Times. I just checked a couple of areas & found deals for both the Atlanta & Baltimore/DC Castles. Vouchers are cheapest for the Wednesday & Thursday night performances, and since there are Adult & Child (ages 12 & under) ticket options, you can get everyone in your party in on the cheap.
- If you use promo code “MFWEB”, moms get in free on Mother’s Day weekend with the purchase of one full-paid adult admission to Medieval Times. The deal is valid for May 11-13, 2012. There’s a limit of one free mom per full-paid adult. Since it’s general admission seating, you don’t need to pay full price for the rest of your party; you can use the BOGO deal for two of the adults & pick up the rest of the tickets on the cheap with the Goldstar deal if they’re available in you’re area.
In keeping with tradition, you’ll feast on a four-course banquet served in true medieval fashion (translation: your hands are your fork and knife). While you pick at your food, you’ll feast your eyes on a tournament and watch as six “Knights of the Realm” engage in a variety 11th century inspired entertainment, including live jousting, sword fights, equestrian skill and falconry.
Medieval Times has Castles in Atlanta; Baltimore/DC; Buena Park, CA; Chicago; Dallas; Lyndhurst, NJ; Myrtle Beach, SC; Orlando; and Toronto.
