Williams-Sonoma offers free in-store cooking & technique classes.
The specific times may vary from place to place, and you’ll need to RSVP. Sundays are typically tech class days, and this month offers a good mix:
- March 13: Steak & Chops
- March 20: Steakhouse Sides (yummy…I want to make it to this one)
- March 27: Great Grains & Legumes
During the rest of the week, you can stop by for product demonstrations & instruction in basic techniques about a variety of topics, such as onion rings, steak salad, espresso, appetizers, seasonal desserts, & more.
