Applebee’s: Free Meal for Veterans & Active Duty Military on Nov. 11

Posted By Cities on November 6, 2009

Want a free lunch or dinner? If you’re a veteran or active duty military personnel, you can get a free meal at Applebee’s on Veterans Day, Nov. 11. You’ll need to show proof of military service to get the deal.

Thanks to Val at Columbus on the Cheap for the lead.

What an awesome idea! I know that I will be eating at Applebee’s more often now that I know that they are acknowleging our veterans and active duty military. It would be wonderful if more establishments recognized the generous military – past and present.
    Way to go Applebee’s!!!!!

You missed a great dinner at McCormick & Schmidt rest all over the States. It was free to Veterans.
