Attention Veterans: Free Meal at McCormick & Schmick’s on Sunday, November 8
Posted By CitiesCheap on October 21, 2009
To thank veterans for their service, McCormick & Schmick’s is serving veterans a free entree on Sunday, November 8, 2009. No word yet as to what that entree will be, but you’ll choose it from a special menu available on November 8.
One catch: You will need to show your server identification when you are seated. Acceptable forms of ID include a VA card, a VFW card, discharge papers, DD214, or other veterans’ ID.
As always, the deal is valid only at participating locations. Reservations are recommended, and stick to a small group—there’s a disclaimer on the website that notes that many restaurants may not be able to seat parties larger than six.

P.S. I don’t make the rules; I just report the deals. For those of you who are actively serving in the military: Thank you for your service. I appreciate it. But if you wish to complain about being excluded from this freebie, please contact McCormick & Schmick’s directly. I can’t do anything about it.
