Hat tip to Kalimah for finding this deal:
If you’re unemployed, you don’t have to let a lack of funds keep you from getting your flu shot. Starting today, CVS is giving away 100,000 seasonal flu shots to the unemployed. The program includes on-site flu clinics at One-Stop Career Center locations and distribution of vouchers for free flu shots at CVS/pharmacy or MinuteClinic locations.
I’m rather surprised to see this one associated with CVS, but apparently, One-Stop Career Centers offer tools and training to job seekers. I just never associated the chain with meeting HR needs, too.
Even if you are employed you’ll save a bit of time & money by skipping the trip to the doctor’s office & stopping by CVS MinuteClinic locations to get your flu shot, no appointment necessary. CVS locations without a MinuteClinic will host flu shot clinic events, too, so you can get yours then.

How long will they be issuing the flu shots for free or is it too late. This is just for the regular flu shot – not the N1R1. Thanks
