Poor Jody at Charlotte on the Cheap. On the bright side, I think Murphy’s Law cost her less than it did me last time it struck. She went out to dinner at Longhorn Steakhouse one night and ordered an appetizer with her meal & then came across this link to a coupon for a free appetizer with an entree purchase. Ah well. Hopefully you’ll have better luck & you can take advantage of the deal before the coupon expires on September 20, 2009.
As much as Atlanta competes with Charlotte, Charlotte on the Cheap always makes me want to visit the city. A) Jody’s hilarious. And B) She finds deals on everything from major attractions to off-the-beaten path places. The site’s worth checking out, whether you live there, know someone who does, or are just planning a quick trip to the area.
