There’s no contest: I make the best lasagna. I give them out when people have babies, recover from surgery or have a death in the family, and they’re routinely described as “fabulous,” “awesome,” & most recently “amazing.”

I am, however, open to taste-testing the competition, especially when it’s free. In a couple of weeks, I intend to do just that. To celebrate National Lasagne Day, The Spaghetti Warehouse is giving away free lasagne from 11:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. on July 29, 2009.

There is, of course, a small catch: You’ll need to become a fan of The Spaghetti Warehouse on Facebook to get the deal. Once you do, they’ll send you an e-coupon for a free serving of their 15-layer lasagne, which will be good during the 4-hour window on the 29th.
