I confess: During the school year, I cave from time to time & add a few junk treats to my kids’ lunchboxes. I tend to mix & match coupons when I do, splurging when I can get a box for 50% off at Publix & use a coupon (bonus points when it can be doubled).

To get the treats on the cheap this school year, I just signed up to receive the free “Pack a Kraft Smile” calendar & savings booklet. The calendar portion will satisfy my kids’ obsession with having their own calendar (not that they regularly update it, mind you, they just want one). But it’s the savings booklet that I’m most interested in: It includes two $20 rebates & $15 worth of coupons for Nabisco, Planters, Capri Sun, Ritz Bitz, & Easy Cheese products.

I’ll find out whether it was worth signing up when the booklet arrives in 4-6 weeks. Per the fine print, limit one booklet per family or address, while supplies last.
