You can thank my frozen yogurt obsession for this deal: On Mondays, you can indulge in buy one, get one free sundaes at Ben & Jerry’s. The deal is valid at participating scoop shops through August 31, 2009.

Random aside: Fortunately for my waistline, I don’t have a Ben & Jerry’s scoop shop located near me. I happened to be on their website today because I wanted to know more about the active live cultures in their frozen yogurt. I’d like to get some of the health benefits that go along with yogurt without forcing myself to choke down actual yogurt—hence, my frozen yogurt obsession. All things taste better with sugar. And since I’m factoring these calories into my diet, they can’t be total junk—it’s live active cultures or bust. Got a recommendation for the healthiest & tastiest brand? Please post it in the comments.
